Essential technology
Our own privacy preference, stored as akra_privacy_v1 in local storage, remembers whether you allow optional measurement for up to 180 days for permission or 366 days for an opt-out. It contains the choice, version, and time, not your contact details. Local storage does not expire automatically; our code stops relying on the choice after that period. You can remove it using browser settings.
The essential akra_measurement_optout cookie also remembers an opt-out for 366 days, including when local storage is unavailable. It contains only an opt-out flag and is removed if you allow optional measurement.
Hosting and security providers process technical requests to deliver the site and prevent abuse. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks interactions with the form. Turnstile verification and our intake token support secure submission; the intake token is kept in page memory, not an advertising cookie. Cloudflare may use its own security storage according to the configured service. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Optional website and advertising measurement
Google Ads measures whether advertising leads to phone-link clicks. Optional measurement is off until you allow it. The site uses Google's basic consent approach: it does not load the advertising tag or an optional Google Tag Manager container before permission. Page views and form interactions are not configured as Google Ads conversions by this site's code.
After permission, Google may use first-party cookies such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw to associate activity with advertising. These commonly last about 90 days, depending on Google settings. If analytics is enabled through the optional tag container, cookies such as _ga may last up to two years depending on configuration. Names and lifetimes can vary with provider updates and browser restrictions. See Google's cookie information.
We disable advertising personalization in the site's consent settings. Optional measurement can still disclose device, network, cookie, and interaction data to Google; it is your choice whether to enable it.
Change your choice
“Reject Optional” turns measurement off. “Allow Optional” permits it. Neither option is required to request service. The footer contains the same controls on every page, including a Do Not Sell or Share link.
When you withdraw permission after tags have loaded, the page refreshes to stop their execution. Copy any unsent form text first. We remove accessible first-party Google measurement cookies, but cannot erase cookies on Google's own domains or data already sent. Use your browser's cookie settings or contact the relevant provider for those records.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT) override a saved permission and keep optional measurement off. Clearing browser storage resets a manual choice. If storage is unavailable, your selection may apply only to the current page. With JavaScript disabled or the privacy script blocked, optional tags remain unloaded.
Google Maps and additional information
The embedded map is a separate, optional feature. It loads only when requested on the Contact page; that action allows Google to receive the technical data needed to display the map. It does not enable our advertising measurement. You can use the service-area list without loading the map.
